Your First Visit

We will make your first visit to our office an informative and pleasant experience. Our receptionists will greet you and check your health questionnaire and any insurance information you have brought with you. You will then be escorted to one of our three new patient rooms by our treatment coordinators.

Your first visit has six parts:

• Digital computer images of your face and teeth
• A Comprehensive exam
• A Cleaning
• X-Ray
• An examination of your teeth and bite by Dr. Bola or Brian Mooney.
• A presentation of problems you might have and what dental treatment you will need to solve them.

When you leave the office you should have:

• An estimate of how long treatment would take
• What specifically would be involved in the dental treatment
• An estimate of your cost with payment options

We will also provide a copy of the computer images, a summary letter of the Doctor's findings and a copy of the financial arrangements so you can communicate to family members that were unable to attend the visit.
